Thank you for all the love on my longer post. You guys are really fantastic. I’ve had a wonderful Christmas with my loved ones. I like how this time of year gathers us closer and how we show our appreciation towards eachother. I feel so blessed to have so many amazing people in my life. I hope you all enjoy your hollidays!
FAVORITT?
Da var det tid for en “favourite”-post igjen. Hvilket antrekk liker dere best denne gangen?
Min favoritt er 3 + 4.
When in doubt wear red
I was aiming for some cozy Christmas pictures to show you guys, but they just kept looking like something out of an old romance-novel - and not in a good way. The red dress didn't exactly help either. As I might have mentioned, I don't like taking pictures inside - I think they look messy and I just can't seem to get enough light - but since it's been so long since my latest outfit post, I decided to give it a try. So, here is a somewhat dramatic holiday entry - but, I must admit I kind of like how they turned out in the end. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays to those of you who don't celebrate Christmas. Much love!

I'm wearing an old dress from Only, tights from Lindex and shoes via JSFN. Added some pearls and a cardigan later on, which will be in my little holiday-video tomorrow. Quote by Bill BlassA closer view

This post contains a lot of text, and is personal, which I normally try to avoid. And as hard as it feels to be so personal, I feel the need to open up to you.
Living with CFS/ME (Chronical Fatigue Syndrome) is hard at times. Sometimes I feel like taking a break when I get these bad periods. Periods where the energy level is really low. And in these periods I just wish that the world around me could take a break with me. That I could sleep out for a couple of days and still don’t miss out on anything. That the world would stop with me.
But that’s not possible. And it scares me, the thought of all I’m missing out on, all the time that I feel is running away from me. It stresses me that I have comments and emails that needs to be replied to, that I have books to read for school. Plus all the other things I feel that I miss out on, like social activities. These are things that most people can handle with no trouble at all. But to me it’s quite exhausting. I feel stuck.
I just want you all to know that I really WANT to get back to all of you. I do. It’s not that I don’t bother to make a new blog post or reply on the comments, it’s just that in some periods I can’t. I have to let things pass. And it makes me feel very bad. I feel a lot of guilt. It’s hard. And when the energy is up again I feel so behind on everything which again leads to a lot of stress. But don’t get me wrong. I LOVE to recieve your comments and emails. I appreciate it so much.
Sometimes I feel like deleting this blog and just be free from all the responsibility that comes with it. But on the other hand it gives me a lot of joy. I really enjoy blogging, and I have no words to explain how much I appreciate the feedback from all of you. That is why I take a break once in a while. I distance a bit from the blog and have other priorities. Hopefully I will soon find a good way to balance everything. I just got back to school again, moved out to live by myself. It takes some time to get into routines, to get used to things.
Luckily I get better and better for each year. The bad periods are shorter and shorter and they come more rare. I know I will be back there one day, back to where everything is possible. But in the meanwhile I hope you can all be patient with me.
ROCK MY DRESS
Stripes in the window sill

I've been wanting to do some outdoor outfit photos for a while, but with this freezing weather (last time I've checked it was -16 degrees Celsius), I think I'd basically turn into an icicle if I even attempted that. So, indoor photos will have to do, but I really hope I'll be able to take some outside soon. If only the temperature would go down (or up?) to around 0 degrees, I think I should manage...
Thank you all for all your sweet comments in my last post. I hope you are all enjoying your weekends. I'm trying to catch up on sleep this weekend since I was so busy during the weekend and really got too little of it!

Everything you need to know about the Lita shoes
.
.
Ok, so since I still get questions about these shoes, I thought I'd make a post where I answer all of the questions in one place. If you didn't know already, they are from Jeffrey Campbell, and the style is called "Lita". I ordered mine from Solestruck. They are very popular tho, so I had to preorder months in adwance. I see they are sold out in this colour right now, but they'll probably restock, I guess. They fit true to size, I use 37, and got them in 7, and they fit me like a glowe. And, they are comfy to walk in. I swear. As comfy as tall shoes can be.
Hope that answered all of your questions:)

WEEKEND AT MANHATTAN
I’m sorry I didn’t post anything on my blog before now, but I’ve been staying at Manhattan this weekend, so I didn’t wanted to carry my Macbook around. Now I’m back at campus after two lovely days in the city. Yesterday we went to eat at a Italian restaurant were I finally got to eat some fish. I ordered a Scandinavian Salmon with spinach and it was GREAT! Later on I couldn’t resist the brownie at Planet Hollywood (as usual) so I got it. Bad. Bad. But it was a good way of end the evening.

Today I met V to do a little shopping. We ended up walking in the city for hours in every store that looked tempting, but I only bought a cute dress at Topshop (I’ll show you tomorrow) and spent the rest of my money on crap. We went to see Ground Zero and later on we took a bit to eat at my new favorite restaurant at Manhattan, a spanish place in West Village. Paella was of course our main course. After the dinner we went to the movies like we always do in the weekends. Can you guess which movie we saw? I can tell that I was quite disappointed about the movie, because the trailer did seem so much scarier, and the end was just stupid.
We ended the evening with our usual oreo ice cream, so now I really have to stop! I’m spending way too much money on food or I should call it; crap I don’t need. It’s disgusting. I never ate anything with sugar back home, and now thats almost the only thing I put into my mouth, which only means one thing; I have to pull it together! I don’t feel like I HAVE to eat it, I just do because it looks good. I wont get anything from it, except a unhealthy and tired body. From tomorrow I’ll start my seriously fitness training for a fit and strong body, like the one I’ve always dreamt of.
But my eyes are to tired to write anything else, so I guess this is good night. I’ll post all the answers for my Q&A (spørsmålsrunde) when I wake up, so you still got some time to ask questions. Nighty!
Q&A / SPØRSMÅLSRUNDE
Since a lot of you’ve asked me if I can have a Q&A or “spørsmålsrunde“, I’ve decided to have one now. Just ask me any question you want and I’ll try to answer all of them the best I can. You can ask me question until sunday and I’ll post all the answers by sunday evening. So if there is something you want to ask me about, here’s your chance.
I will answer in the language your question are asked,
since I know some of you are not from norway.
Good luck!
