Hola everyone! I know it’s been a while. Lately it’s been very back and forth here concerning the blog. I got various offers that have just flewn back into the air, it seems. They have tended to do so the last year. Karma? I’m kind of tired of that. So I’ve been on a pause mode trying to figure out what happens next. For now it seems like everything will stay the same. School is crazy like usual, but vacation is right around the corner. 12 days left!

one I have before summer. After tomorrow I have four weeks of journalistic parctice. Not that bad.

First day of strolling around with bare legs felt good. I’m always feeling colder than everyone around me, it seems. So I’m usually the last one to drop the layers. April this year has been fabolous. It has treated us well with great sunny weather and warm temperatures. I love spring. It makes me feel more alive in a way I can’t describe.

I’ve been spending the last weeks at my parents house. I had completely forgot about this vintage-looking leather jacket which has been hid in my closet here for more than two years. I can’t believe how I let that happen. As I didn’t plan for the stay to be that long I didn’t bring much with me. I’ve been forced to be creative with what I’ve got by rotating the few garments I brought. It’s weird how I tend to think that I have nothing to wear (ehh) when standing in front of a packed closet. While when I have a minimum to choose from it suddenly becomes so much easier..
Din Sko boots
I always find some shoes that I like at Din Sko. This time I fell for these dark brown boots. Walkable boots are very welcome in my wardrobe. I always have a good excuse for why I should get shoes that I like. I bet I’m not the only one eh. Can’t wait to match them up with cute dresses for spring.

It was something special about wering high heels for the first time in months. It felt good to get up in the height again to breathe in tall people’s air. But I need time to adjust to click clocking down the streets during the light hours I think. As I walked my first steps down the main street I felt like a vampire on the loose. In this city the high heeled people are mainly out during night time, so you have to deal with some stares. But eventually you get used to it.

Yesterday was the best spring day so far. It’s hard to see on the pictures as they were taken late. The sun was shining and it was quite warm, considering the fact that I live in Norway. I replaced my wool tights with some thin ones instead. It was wonderful! No itching. But don’t be fooled -I added a chunky wool cardigan and a thin scarf outside. It’s not THAT hot yet.
