17th of May

Hurra hurra hurra,
celebrating the Norwegian Constitution Day on Monday!

Both dresses from H&M (as usual).

check me out here as well, trying out both ways.

Michaels

If you are craving a pair of Louboutins for 200$, a vintage Chanel bag or a scarf from Hermes you must
visit the consignment shop Michaels on Madison and 79th street. There are a lot of treasures with only
brand-tags. We went there when we should have been reading to our finals. I should do that now as well!
Have my last one tomorrow!

Wearing shorts and belt from J Crew, tank from Topshop, blazer from H&M Trend and vintage
bag from FAB 208.

gitane breakfast

Breakfast at Cafe Gitane ( Mott and Prince st), in vintage Levis cut-offs,
American Apparel blouse and Aldo sandals. Exams start tomorrow, wish me luck!

rooftop

The rooftop where we live just opened, which makes the exam reading even more distant. Tried to read
up there, not very effective. The big apple has too much else to offer. Been a lot of restaurants lately,
but who can blame me when the weather is this good and we can sit outside and watch people while
eating delicious food? I'm feeling this is turning over to a food blog these days, so I added an outfit
picture as well. Let's not loose focus!

Cardigan from Reiss, shorts from Topshop and flats from H&M.

along the pavement

New York is blooming so therefore the lack of blogging. We ate along the pavement at Da Silvano last
week. Good friends, good food and celebrity spotting - a cliché combination that works every time.
Alessandra Ambrosio and Charlotte Ronson were dining at the restaurant next to us, Bar Pitti. Life
is busy lately; trying to plan out the summer, find a place to live in London and focusing on 4 exams.

Fashion Management in London!

i heart nyc

today

After a lot of rain the past week, spring is finally back in NYC! We spent the day strolling around in Nolita
and SoHo and ate at Habana cafe. I randomly walked by the female model Lily Donaldson, and took
her picture! She is one of my favorites in the model-scene because of her natural and healthy
look. In addition, she has great streetstyle!

I wore a plaid shirt tee from the vintage store FAB 208 and jeans from 7 for all mankind.

rose petals & terry richardson

Vintage top from Urban Outfitters - one of my favorite stores here in NY.

Ate at Cafe Gitane with friends today and in walked Terry Richardson! I love his photography style,
always funny to see someone you've heard about live. Here are some of his photographs.

sunday brunch

Spring has come to New York. Sunday brunch was spent at Nero D'avola in Meatpacking with the best
food and unlimited belinis! Accompanied with an art show one block down: Mr. Brainwash presents Icons!
Go see!

madame tussauds

Posing with Andy Warhol art at Madame Tussauds last night. I was asked to put on some pants
by a bypassing man, met a lot of `celebrities` and bought a collectors Barbie at Toys R' Us.
You're as young as you want to be!

monday night

Blouse and trousers: H&M Trend, shoes from Steve Madden maddengirl and
necklace borrowed from Benedicte - bought second hand. Thank you, B!

MOOD

Today's excursion with class went to Mood Fabric. You might recognize this store from Project Runway?
It is a Mecca of fabrics - you can find anything! Mood sells designer close-offs, which means that every
fabric is unique and will not be produced again. The employees are engaged and happy to help! A trip to this
store is inspiring and very tempting! I bought two yards of grey jersey cotton, which is without any cutting
a perfect scarf (at one third of the price compared to the ones they have at Zara f.x)! I shot too many photos,
and here are just a few.
