After a long absense and careful consideration is "Mitt Lille Skattekammer" aka. "The Treasury" now back in business. A few changes has been made though, to match the changes made in real life. The blog will from now on mostly be written in english. I do realize that all my regular readers are norwegian, but I desperatly need to improve my english writing skills. It turns out that even though TV can learn you to speak the language quite well, it does nothing for your ability in the writing section. So, please bear with me, and feel free to correct any major errors. The second change is in favour of all my readers. I'm not a fashioneditor, stylist or model, so lets leave the outfit-posing in front of mirrors, and frequent runway reports to the pros. This is now a personal lifestyle blog, instead of an embarresing half-hearted fashion-faliure. Third change is the most visible one, a new and inspiering design! Welcome back!

Why did you start blogging?
I started Ruterjenta because I wanted something for my potential employers to get to know me and my work. But since I became a writer for Inside, this blog has become kind of a personal fashion blog to show people my fashion sense and styling.

Why are you only posting pics of yourself?
Ruterjenta is my very own blog about my sense of style. I write about things I like and show you pieces I love. In May I decided to post more outfits, and if I model myself, I`m not depending on another person. Also, I would never post pictures of people without asking them first. It`s easier to use myself in pics for many reasons and when I use private pictures I could be sure my readers get to see something no other blogger has posted before.

Why did you stop posting articles?
When I first started this blog it was because I wanted it for my CV. I wanted to show the world I could pick up trends and write about them. It was fine in the beginning, but soon I realised how much time the articles takes to write. All the research need to be done, crediting and writing could take hours, and I didn`t have several hours to spare every day. I decided to write for BI`s studentpaper instead. Then I could make the articles even better as a “real” journalist and get access to even more info.
Come fall I`m going to be Fashion Editor in Chief of Inside, so things are about to get tighten up and more serious. There`s some new projects accompanied with that, among other things, maybe a new fashion blog. So hang on, I may be posting articles again soon.
