We finally got our self out of the scam and into a new wonderful apartment!
We have a walk-in-closet and a great view, and we can even sleep at night!
Now we're off to a Manhattan treasure hunt with school,
and later we are going on a boat trip to Statue of Liberty. Watch out New York!

Insomnia Again Again Again

This is getting ridiculous. It seems I cannot sleep at all nowadays – last night I fell asleep at 6.30 A.M., but went to bed at 1 A.M. I haven’t fallen asleep before 5 A.M in a week now, and I feel kind of broken. Since I have to catch a boat at 7 P.M. today, I decided to do an all-nighter and then do three hours of my beautysleep on the boat, go to the doctor to get tested for asthma, then back to my place for a couple more hours in bed, then attend a so-called clinic at school (about the music industry, which I desperately need to learn more about), then probably dinner, study, practice, then go to bed at 9 P.M. and hopefully sleep for twelve hours or so. Now it’s almost 6 A.M., and I have to stay awake till I’m on the boat. The weird thing is that I’m not really sleepy, just kind of paranoid and jumpy and really tense in the shoulder-area.

I made this polyvore-thingy last night. I wanted to make a look that was a little crazy (probably since I was a little crazy), and when I found the coat with the feathers on I got this idea of a “mad hatter”, sneaking around in gorgeous pastel swamps to shoot pictures of small rabbits. I’m sorry about all the non-fashion talk, and another polyvore, but I desperately needed to distract my mind with something. This insomnia is starting to affect my blog (don’t get me started on the whole study/physical health/mental condition-aspect of it!), which means it’s gone a little too far and I might have to get drunk every night to get some sleep. I’m sorry about the whining too, by the way. I’ll try to make it up for you by posting some outfit-pictures or something else… real (no more polyvore, young lady!).

Roof over my head

Det er ikke lenge til jeg skal ut i boligmarkedet og kjøpe mitt eget lille krypinn. Den eneste leiligheten jeg har likt til nå er en som koster 2.9 mill. Det er en 3-roms i samme bygget som jeg bor i nå, komplett med WALK IN CLOSET. Altså…jeg SKAL jo ha det. Det er liksom krav numero uno. Men en leilighet til nesten 3 millioner er litt….ja…nei. Så jeg får bare lete videre. Planen er å finne en som ikke er som alle andre. Den må ha noe spesielt som jeg faller pladask for.

I’ve found the apartment of my dreams. Complete with a walk in closet, natch. Duh. Too bad that I’ll have to pay $517.000 for it. So it’s not going to happen anytime soon. I’ll keep on looking for the one that screams out my name and I’ll find it. Eventually.

Only a couple of days left ’till the weekend begins

and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ve had such a busy work and getting too little sleep and it shall be nice to relax. I hope that my thigh muscles will have healed by then since I’ve hardly been able to walk today. You see, I started this self defense course/training yesterday, and it was extremely exhausting, but hopefully it will result in something. I don’t know about my legs though since I am going again tomorrow and then it might be just as bad on Friday as today… Oh well.

Oh, and I wanted to show you my new playsuit that I got in the mail yesterday. I was in a rush so I only managed to get one half descent picture.

I think this playsuit is going to be wonderful for winter since it has long sleeves and is made of wool. Plus, I adore the buttons on it!

PS. I’ve added a nice sailor dress to my shop!
