On Tuesday we had a little girls’ night in, making mini-pizzas and having a lovely time. Ann-Iren surprised me with this little gift from where she works – she’s such a darling!
Inside were these gorgeous lace gloves I’ve been looking at every time I’ve been to the shop. They’re actually long enough to reach the elbow, but I think they look the best when pushed down towards the wrist a bit.
I really like the way the nail polish (it’s “Bella’s Choice” from H&M, by the way) is visible through the gloves. It kind of reminds me of wearing semi-sheer clothing where you can get a glimpse of lacy lingerie beneath – I blame the burlesque girl in me for weird thoughts like that.
